A beautiful homecoming filled with nostalgia, pride, and purpose! The Silver Jubilee of the 1996–2000 batch brought together 172 alumni, making it the highest turnout so far in our jubilee series! The celebration began with recent updates from the Kumaraguru ecosystem, shared by Mr. Sooriya Pragash and Mr. Saravanan, Associate Vice Presidents, Kumaraguru Institutions. Their insights set the tone for a day of reconnection and renewed purpose. Dr. Devaki P, Associate Dean – Alumni Relations, welcomed the alumni with heartfelt words that acknowledged the incredible energy and record-breaking attendance. Shri. Shankar Vanavarayar, in his Presidential Address, emphasized the strength of the institution-alumni bond. He called for continued connection beyond academics—encouraging alumni to return, mentor, and co-create with KCT. Dr. Raghupathy S, reminded the alumni that Kumaraguru is always their home and encouraged them to revisit and give back to their departments. Alumni Giving by Dr. Vijila Edwin Kennedy, celebrated the global impact of our alumni and the power of staying rooted while shaping the future together. Emotional tributes to faculty, reflections from alumni, and a vibrant group photo captured the spirit of the celebration. The day concluded with a campus tour and department visits—reliving memories, reconnecting with the institution, and inspiring the next generation. Together, we celebrated 25 years of legacy, leadership, and lifelong connection.
